2019 Annual Campaign is Underway!

On March 6, we kicked-off our 2019 Annual Campaign during a lunch at the Y! Help us reach our $100,000 goal by going online to vincennesymca.org/give. Our Y’s programs and services are “FOR ALL”. We do not turn anyone away because of their inability to pay. Thank you to our generous donors each and every year!

12-Week TRY Training Class

Our training class to get you prepared for the Knox County TRY begins the week of March 18! In the 12-week training class, you will train for each event: swimming, biking and running. And receive training tips for non-class days, encouragement from Y staff members and the training group. The class is open to men and women, members and non-members and of ALL fitness levels. Indoor Triathlon

The Indoor Triathlon is back! Saturday, April 13 we will host an Indoor Triathlon to help train for the Knox County TRY in June. The race begins at 8 am and will consist of 15-minute segments for swimming, biking and running with a set transition time. Cost will be $25 for members, $40 for non-members. Rock Steady is Here!

For those suffering from the effects of Parkinson’s Disease, Rock Steady, a non-contact boxing inspired class can help reverse, reduce and sometimes delay to symptoms of the disease. Youth Swim Lessons

Register today! The next session of swim lessons begins soon. For kids beginning at the age of 3, swim lessons are an essential part of building confidence and keeping them safe. For members and non-members. Register online at vincennesymca.org.

For Social Responsibility: For Your Health

Good Samaritan Community Health will be in the lobby on Monday, March 18 from 9:30am-11am for their monthly screen. This month they will have Colorectal Cancer screening kits.
