Group Fitness Class Schedule

Join friends, new and old, in a group fitness class at the Y. We have many classes and times available to meet your needs. Each class is taught with modifications for all fitness levels. Download our free mobile app to access class schedules anytime on your mobile device. All classes, including water, are FREE for members and non-member must purchase a day pass. For questions or concerns regarding our fitness classes, contact Abby Carie at acarrie@vincennesymca.org or 812-895-YMCA.

Free Child Watch

Our Child Watch babysitting program is FREE for families with a household membership. Others may purchase a Family Day Pass to participate. Child Watch hours are Monday through Saturday 8am-12pm and Monday through Thursday 5pm-7:30pm.

Activate More Than Your Core

When you become a member of the YMCA, you become part of a special organization that does more than offer exercise classes. We help keep our children safe around water with our free 3rd Grade Water Safety class. Seniors have many opportunities to stay active and enjoy social interaction with friends through $1 lunches at our Bettye J. McCormick Senior Center and EnhanceFitness classes. Families have a place to have fun and be active, strengthening their bond through playing basketball, Pickleball or swimming together. And, because we are a non-profit charity, we ensure that everyone, regardless of financial status has the same opportunities at our Y through our financial assistance program. There are so many reasons to Activate More Than Your Core at our Y. Come by for a tour and learn how we offer more!
