Being healthy means more than simply being physically active. It’s about maintaining a balanced spirit, mind and body. The Y is a place where you can work toward that balance by challenging yourself to learn a new skill, fostering connections with friends, or bringing your loved ones closer together through our many family-centered activities.
Fitness at the Y includes more than just working out. In addition to our physical fitness classes and facilities, we provide educational programs to promote healthier decisions and offer a variety of programs that support physical, intellectual and spiritual strength. Our Wellness Center contains state-of-the-art equipment to suit everyone’s needs and abilities. Children 12-15 must complete an orientation prior to access with Wellness Director, Clint Roesler.
FREE with every membership. Find out how to safely and properly use all the fitness equipment we have to offer. And how to connect the equipment to apps to track progress and set goals. To schedule an appointment, contact Clint Roesler, Wellness Director.
